The Griffon Group designs and develops analytical software tools for the investment management industry.  These tools allow clients to better manage and analyze market data feeds.  The product suite sits primarily in a back-office environment and allows clients to support multiple systems through a single point of maintenance. 

Pricing Central is a multi-currency pricing application designed to sit at the center of a firm’s pricing process. It facilitates the management of multiple vendor feeds and improves the flow and control of pricing information used by multiple systems on multiple platforms. The system can communicate with a large number of market data vendors, and simultaneously interface with multiple internal client systems including accounting, decision support, compliance, custody, data warehouse and trading systems.   Click here for more information.

Security Master Central allows users to centralize the process of maintaining, analyzing and distributing security master information.  It facilitates the management of multiple data feeds and allows for a single point of maintenance for securities.  Security Master Central is currently under development, and will be available for installation by the 1st Quarter of 2000.  Click here for more information.

Corporate Actions Central will allow firms to centralize the management of all corporate actions.  Similar in concept to both Pricing Central and Security Master Central, this application will be able to receive corporate action feeds from multiple vendors, allow for multiple verification checks with user-definable tolerance levels, and subsequently distribute both mandatory and/or voluntary notifications to one or more downstream systems.  Corporate Actions Central will be available for installation by the 3rd Quarter of 2000.
